Hand(bag) Jive
I was over at Shelly’s blog this morning. Shelly is a captivating storyteller and after I read about her hawk scootin’ boogie story, my hands were flailing and jiving about and I thought “hmmmm...if only I had something I could hold and carry around to help weigh them down....”.
What could I carry around that that would keep my hands occupied that is not only useful, but super attractive, as well? I know.... a purse, a handbag!
Imagine my surprise when Shelly’s next post described not only a purse, but a free purse giveaway! On October 15th, a new site called “Handbag Planet” is launching and to celebrate, they are giving away a different handbag every hour for 24 hours.
All you have to do is sign up with your first name and an e-mail address. You don’t have to give them a credit card or any other information. Once you do, the computer selects a handbag for you, but you are also free to select a different one, if you’d prefer.
This is the one it picked for me. 
That, my friends, is a total Rock Chick bag! It’s almost as if it knows me like the back of it’s hand(bag)! :)

I love purses. Paul buys me a nice one every year for my birthday... and then I don't buy any throughout the year. It's so.hard. not buying purses!! But it makes the birthday gift so much more special.
