Vertigo
Unos, dos, tres, catorce [1,2,3,14]
So as usual in The Rock Chick household, when it rains it pours.
My sweet hubby is so dizzy, his head is spinning. I wish it was because he is swooning over me, but alas, he’s found himself at place called vertigo. (hola!) We don’t know where this dizzyness comes from (¿Dónde está?), but every couple of years it just keeps coming back for him. I’m guessing Murphy and his laws have no one else to bother because....(well, geez!) This has been a dizzying, spinning, twirling tornado of a year.
I guess the saying “Life happens while you’re making other plans” has some truth to it.

Someone I worked with a while back experienced some really bad vertigo. I don't remember how they came to this conclusion, but apparently there were some itty bitty stones (like gallstones or kidney stones) that were floating around in the balance part of his ears that were throwing things all out of whack. I don't know why he had to see a doctor to hear he had rocks in his head...I'd of told him that for free...
Ok, no seriously...I just googled it and came up with this article...perhaps this is what could be going on?

My supervisor had this years ago and based on her description it sounds like a really bad case of having motion sickness. Hope life settles back to some semblance of normal for you soon.
How did your injection go?
I seem to remember someone else recently who experienced vertigo. If it continues to pour in the House of the Rock Chick, I hope that your umbrella doesn't have a hole in it.
Dustin: my husband is going to the doctor so we'll see if the rocks in his head are outta whack. I looked up more info on this and the symptoms and how the dizziness comes and goes kind of matches what I read. Thanks for the tip!
Jenny McB: you know, I told my husband he looked like he had motion sickness. I guess vertigo is a similar thing. Not something I want to experience myself, though LOL
Malcolm: I think my umbrella got carried away with the wind somewhere. Sheesh.
I'll be interested to know if that ended up being the case!
