40 really is fabulous!

Hugh Hefner was on the radio recently as he celebrated his 80th birthday. He said that 80 is the "new 40". If that's true, then 40 must be the "new 20".

This past weekend as I celebrated my 40th birthday, I realized that a) 40 is NOT old and b) I wouldn't want to be 20 again.

With age comes wisdom. I've learned that if you have a wonderful husband, really great kids and friends who love you for who you are-not what they want you to be, then you pretty much have everything.

I have everything.
